Reading v Liverpool

Reading handed Liverpool their first league defeat of the season.Stephen Hunt's penalty put Reading in front after Jamie Carragher fouled Brynjar Gunnarsson, but Steven Gerrard soon equalised with a cool finish. Liverpool hit the bar through Gerrard, but Kevin Doyle's glancing header on 58 minutes put Reading back in front. James Harper scored a fine third and Reading, with the help of the post, kept the Reds at bay for the remainder.

Liverpool v Bolton

Liverpool won 4-0 againts bolton. In the first half Gerrard creted the first 2 goals. First by a free kick which hypia headered then rolling a pass to Torres who chipped it over the keeper. The liverpool captain scored a 2nd half penalty after Abdoulaye Meite fouled Peter Crouch and Ryan Babel tapped in the fourth.

Liverpool v Porto

Liverpool beated Porto 4-1 on matchday 5. Torres scored an early goal for liverpool and then Porto managed to score a with a header in the 1st half. Torres again score with a pass from subsitute Harry Kewell. Gerrard scored a penalty then Peter Crouch scored with a header.

So Liverpool needs to draw againts Marseille to go to the Last 16.

Newcastle v Liverpool

Liverpool goes to St james park to meet Newcastle. Newcastle with Michael Owen injured has Martins on. Harry Kewell has his first start in 18 months since the FA cup final and so as Lucas for Liverpool.

Torres got tripped in the first half then Gerrard scored the free kick from 30 yards and the ball travelled at 60mph 1-0.Torres nearly scored a goal but just hit the post. A corner by Gerrard hit hypia then just hit Kuyts knee 2-0. Torres again nearly scored just wide so close. Torres past the Newcastles defence but was a great save. Babel scored by a pass from Gerrard 3-0. Torres nearly scored the ball past the goalie but wide again. Babel had another shot just wide. Final score 3-0 still could have been worst like 6-0 but torres just couldn't score. Man of the match: Steven Gerrard and everytime he touch the ball he go booed by newcastle fans because of his performance in England but they ended up booing the Newcastle manager.

England is no longer top 10 in the ranking.

Brunei also dropped by 10 places to 187.

At least Brunei is not bottom.

The pitch.

The pitch at the Emirates stadium use ultraviolet lights to grow the grass and after 14 games the grass still looks new! There are about 50 lamps on each of the stands and every year there's a prize for the best groundsman and last year spurs won it.

Emirates Stadium

We went here on October and its a big stadium. We manage to get a tour and there was about 50 people in the groupt and it was happening every 30 minutes. The tour took 2 hours and we went to the director's box, changing room, the pitch and the press room.

The directors box has the best view of the field and comfortable seats too and when its half time they have a special room just for them. The changing room was big it had a doctor, a messager and a jaquzzi. The room was a sort of circle shape because Arsene Wenger believed in Fenq Shei so it will bring Arsenal good luck and the away changing room was a square shape so it will bring them bad luck. The pitch was huge and so was the tunnel and I sat at Arsenes Wenger's seat. The press room was big with about 50 seats with 4 seats at the front for the managers to sit in and a room at the back for translating stuff.

England lost 3-2 at wembley so they fail to qualify for euro 2008. Gerrad was captain for england and at half time England was losing 2-0 in just 14 minutes due to poor defending and keeping. At the 2nd half England subsituted Defoe and Beckham and scored 2 goals by a penalty from Lampard and a shot by Crouch. At the 77th minute Croatia scored a goal. After the match Maclaren got sacked by the FA. I think the worst player who played for England was Lampard or Carson

Wednesday this week i got invited to play a football match againts a league called the abf our team won the first game 3-2 and won the 2nd game 1-0 by a last minute goal

Russia v Israel

Israel won 2-1 which means england just needs to draw againt croatia to qualify of euro 2008
